Steve Winston, President

President and Founder, Steve Winston is a nationally known payments expert and former member of The Federal Reserve Advisory Board and NACHA Board of Directors. He has created numerous progressive payment solutions for banks and large billers, including several that resulted in national awards. He also started Capital One’s e-payment program and has over 25 years experience in banking operations and treasury functions. Steve holds a BA degree in management from U. Phoenix.

Mike Ogilvie, Chief Technology Partner

Mike Ogilvie also serves as President of Pendulum, Inc., a technology firm specializing in Microsoft® solutions. He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) with extensive experience in analyzing business solutions, system architecture, SQL Server development, web application development, and client/server development in a variety of platforms. Mike holds a BS degree from James Madison University.

Brooke Schmerge, Vice President of Sales

Brooke Schmerge has an extensive background in sales, working for companies such as Duncan-Parnell, Inc. and UPS. Working in the Richmond and Charlotte markets, she has established an extensive network of satisfied clients. She graduated Cum laude with a BA degree from Middlebury College in 2001.

Page Grace, Vice President, Systems and Technology

Page Grace has 30 years experience in Information Technology, especially in the Healthcare industry. She is an accomplished programmer and systems analyst with expertise in DB2, SQL, QMF, COBOL, and JCL along with Business Analysis. Page holds a BA degree from Virginia Tech.

Asha Doshi, Vice President, Finance

Asha Doshi is a certified treasury professional (CTP) with an entrepreneurial background and experience in cash management and accounting. She has started and managed several companies, including Mom’s Cooking Institute, a small hotel, and a Laundromat. She holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Bombay.
